A Memorable School Trip

Last spring, my class went on a trip to the city zoo. We took a bus there early in the morning, and everyone was excited. At the zoo, we saw tigers, pandas, and colorful birds. The most interesting part was feeding the giraffes—they have long necks and gentle eyes. We also watched a dolphin show; the dolphins jumped high and did tricks. Before leaving, we took group photos near the zoo gate. That day, we laughed a lot and learned about animal habits. It was a memorable trip, and I hope we can have another one soon.​

We rotate houses each week, bringing snacks like popcorn and cookies, and play games like Codenames, Ticket to Ride, and Uno. There’s always laughter— especially when my little brother cheats at Uno or the adults argue over Monopoly rules. We’ve gotten to know neighbors we barely spoke to before, like the elderly couple next door who are surprisingly good at strategy games. Board games force us to put down our phones and talk to each other. In a world where everyone is busy, these Friday nights are a reminder that community is built one game night at a time.

A day at the beach is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, filled with relaxation and fun. The moment you step onto the soft, warm sand, the sound of crashing waves and seagulls’ cries instantly calms your mind. The golden sun shines brightly, casting a warm glow over the sparkling blue water, and the salty breeze tangles through your hair. There are endless activities to enjoy: building sandcastles with children, playing beach volleyball with friends, or simply lying on a towel and soaking up the sun. For the adventurous, swimming in the cool ocean waves or trying surfing is an exhilarating experience. As the afternoon turns to evening, the sky transforms into a stunning mix of pink and purple, and the air grows slightly cooler. As you pack up your things, you leave with a heart full of happy memories and a tan that serves as a reminder of a perfect, carefree day by the sea.
